Hey Friends, I’m on an Exosome Journey—But It’s Not for Everyone
I’ve been undergoing exosome therapy, and the experience has been nothing short of profound. It’s changing the way I feel, recover, and even perceive the world around me. But before you jump in and say, “I want to do that too!”—I want to give you a serious heads-up.
The Effects I’ve Noticed (So Far)
• Heightened Sensory Perception – My hearing, sight, and sensitivity to stimuli have all sharpened. I notice everything.
• Deeper Energy Reserves – My body feels like it’s rewiring itself at the cellular level, but it requires deep rest and careful energy management.
• Inflammation Shifts – Old pains surface and resolve, but not without discomfort.
• Mind-Body Synchronization – This isn’t just a physical process; it’s an internal recalibration that affects mood, focus, and resilience.
• A New Approach to Training – Instead of pushing to failure, I’m moving with intention, balancing effort with recovery.
The Reality Check: It’s Not for Everyone
This isn’t a magic bullet. If you’re considering exosome therapy, ask yourself:
✔️ Can I handle a slower, more restorative approach?
✔️ Am I willing to give up stimulants like coffee, alcohol, and excess sugar?
✔️ Can I limit screen time and protect my nervous system from overstimulation?
✔️ Am I ready to let go of the ‘push harder’ mentality and instead focus on deep recovery?
✔️ Is my environment supportive of true healing, or is it filled with stress and toxic habits?
I’ve spent years pushing my body to extremes—saunas at 250°F, ice baths at 32°F, high-intensity weight training, deep breath holds, and extended aerobic work. This journey is the opposite of that. It’s about conserving energy, trusting the process, and allowing the body to rebuild on a cellular level.
Thinking About Doing It?
If you’re serious about exosome therapy, you need to be disciplined, prepared, and willing to change how you live—at least for the 50-70 days that this process unfolds (plus another 10 days if you opt for a P-Shot after).
It’s an incredible experience, but it requires sacrifice, patience, and trust. If you’re interested and want guidance, I’m happy to point you in the right direction. But know this—it’s not an easy path, and it’s not for everyone.
Let me know if you want to go deeper into what this really takes.
