In the time before time, when the land still remembered the dreams of the stars, there walked a wolf whose fur shimmered with the constellations. He was known as Sky Wolf—guardian of the sacred balance between night and day.
Every evening, Sky Wolf climbed the highest ridge, lifted his head, and howled—not out of sorrow, but as a promise. His song wove between the trees, over the rivers, and up into the sky, reminding the Sun to rest and the Moon to rise.
The people say his howl kept the seasons turning, the stars from falling, and the spirits of the ancestors from forgetting their way home.
One night, when the world grew too loud with forgetting, Sky Wolf walked into the sun's embrace and vanished.
But if you listen at dusk, when the sky glows orange and blue, you may hear his voice still echoing—guiding, guarding, and singing the world into balance once more.
