Before fear learned to speak,
the Deer had already stepped beyond it.
Its hooves touched the earth
without waking it.
Its eyes saw
without claiming.
Among the people, it is said:
When the Deer pauses mid-step,
the world listens—
because something holy
has entered the stillness.
The Deer teaches:
