The moon hears its cry, with heart so true

The Howl of the Spirit

Under the moon, so full and bright,
A wolf cries out into the night.
Its howl, a song of ancient lore,
A call to the wild, forevermore.

With feathers in its fur, so bright,
It sings to the stars, a beacon of light.
The earth below, the sky above,
Bound by the call, the spirit of love.

Its eyes shine with a knowing gleam,
A reflection of the world’s dream.
Each note it sings, a whisper deep,
The soul of the wild, it promises to keep.

Through the colors of the night it roams,
A guardian of spirit, it calls home.
The moon hears its cry, with heart so true,
For the wolf’s song is the voice of the blue.
